I am extremely frustrated with the unprofessionalism at this clinic. My appointment with Dr. Mohan was canceled twice, and instead of offering me a closer date, they pushed my appointment even further. (2-3 months) To make matters worse, the receptionists were rude and dismissive when I tried to reschedule. They always try to book me on a day which is not secure and when the doctor may not even be available due to hospital emergencies, which is completely unacceptable. I couldn’t meet the doctor, but my doctor referred to the Dr. Mohan after a week when I see no I called i did call them to ask and The receptionist told me they didn’t get referred .again I called back my family doctor. They told me they send it and you are in meeting list for a month, Again, I called back Dr. Mohan office the girl she was Rudely told me no I didn’t get that after I explained I called my family dr ,they told me you got already paper and my doctor already got this answer back from you. Dr Mohan deserves more than 5 stars!! I originally met her in the hospital after experiencing a pregnancy loss, and weeks later at a follow up appointment we found out I had conceived again and she was able to take me on as a patient! She is truly the sweetest human. I looked forward to every appointment with her and always left feeling reassured and taken care of. She was so happy to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable.
