The dentist and The assistants and hygienist are very nice. My problem is with the practice manager. She allows her staff to be unkind and when someone meets them where they are and how they are treating you, they get very flippant and angry. My mother is still alive I do not need willamette trying to parent me. The people who make the appointments in cda are very hateful and seem to think they have a higher calling or are better than others. The practice manager is very unprofessional.

Do you like waiting in a chair with your mouth held open and your nerves exposed for the better part of two hours? The service and treatment is great if you can actually get an appointment. I'm literally switching my dental to the more expensive option because I cant trust them to be able to see my family in an emergency or in the time in-between it becoming an emergency. If I land an appointment it's months out, but most of the time they say they'll call me back when they have availability and they never call back. We have been coming here for years! This is the first time though I am considering going elsewhere! I always call to get my kids appointments, we are a family of 6, at the 6 weeks before they are do-ish marks. People at this office know me and my clan of children lol. I for the life of me cannot get any of my kids in because they are booked out for months, but since we have no teeth issues we are on a call back list for the last 3 months. I am a senior on disability with no denture insurance, they would not even back there dentures they made me. BAD !BAD! They want $ 150 just to look at them and they made my dentures, now my lining on bottom coming all the way off cutting my gums!! BS They should back there own work! All they want is money, not to help a senior in need, THEY MADE THE DENTURES, THEY SHOULD FIX THEM!
Trust is an important component when it comes to dental health. Trust involves much more than only the dentist. When a customer of Willamette Dental engages in a future appointment, and both the receptionist and client agree to a future appointment, I believe it should be upheld. Mine was not! Williamette is the worst of the worse. All they want to do is take your money and charge the co-pay ever time you walk in. I had a took in front they did not want fix, they wanted pull it! I left their services and went to friend of mine who is a dentist and asked if he could fix it? He did fix it and put a crown on it. And I still now have that tooth 10 years later!!!
I went to this office for less than a year. Reception was pleasant but the dentist did not know or have the option to treat impacts to my oral health due to an autoimmune disease that restricts proper saliva for cavity prevention and demineralization. A private dentist I saw independently strongly recommended that I go to a different dental clinic in the system that could better meet my oral health needs.
