The Service is excellent but when they give you an a for 9am you don't get in to see the doctor until 11am. This is not a one time thing, its All the time I was Shock that one day I called & they answered . You gonna need to bring your breakfast, lunch, & dinner waiting to see the doctor.
Dr. Usha Ramachandran has been an amazing Doctor for my son. She has treated my son since he was born at RWJ. Also decided to still keep her as his pcp after moving about an hour away. The only reason to switch pcp now for the first time ever is because I’m moving out of state. So it only felt right to share my experience since I’m looking for a pcp now mostly based on reviews !
