I would rate Dr. Usha's office as one of the worst in Alabama. I have tried to contact this office and left over 10 voicemails with NO response back. I was out of my prescription and my local pharmacy tried to contact her on several occasions ...... still no response. After the 10th call I decided to cancel my appointments and find a new doctor. Dr. Nuthi was the second neurologist I have seen since my migraines started occuring. Her approach was second to none and I have never had such a comprehensive and educating examination. Instead of masking the migraines with pills, she ordered a compounding cream which included four different medicines. She was so observant that she even took action to order an MRI of my neck due to the nature of my injury which started the migraines. I highly recommend Dr. Nuthi!
