Everything put in Dr. Urszula Kotlow bad reviews is so true, im extremely surprised theres not more! She gets upset and judges you when you ask questions about the medication she's prescribing to your child. She doesnt give you any suggestions or info on the meds much - she says they just have to try it and see what happens.....really????? You wait months to see her for the first time and forget about followups on the meds you wont see her till 3 or 4 months down the road if your lucky at that. Dr. Kutlow has treated our child. She is a bigot and a racist. No matter how good her qualifications but if she has hatred, anger and racism in her heart she will not be able to help anyone. She is very rude, and I feel she herself needs psychiatric help as she hears things that are never said. She makes up stuff and plays into racial stereotypes. She has a heart of a stone. We had our daughter age 6 admited into the Phoenix Childrens Hospital Bio Behaveral center. Dr. Kotlow was our DR. She was rude, unhelpful, and unkind. We Paid 1,500 dollar to have her admitted and looked after and we were informed she would be put on a low dose of medication to start and kept there at the center to be monitored on this new medication. She interrupted me mid-sentence while rolling her eyes to tell me "my time was up" and said "C'mon lets get up and go right now" motioning to the door, and kicked us out after making us wait 30 minutes after our scheduled appt. time and not letting us ask questions during the majority of the process.
