Dr Cho is a good Dr and the staff is nice. But there is no compassion or clarity for what special needs parents have to go through to first get to each appointment and also establish Services with other specialist. And on that matter the communication and clarity for all of the ins and outs that parents are going through and hoops we have to jump through, my needs were not heard or charted by the nurses, doctor or the staff. even though I expressed to all 3 at my last visit. TRASH absolute trash of a staff! My niece was diagnosed with the flu right before Christmas and they were supposed to call in her prescription but they didn't and this is not the first time this has happened. So my niece went all week with the flu and no medicine since the DR office was closed for a whole week for the holidays. Absolute TRASH!!!
Dr. Cho has been my children’s pediatrician since they were babies. He is personable, always takes the time to talk with the boys, and then ultimately figures out the right remedy. I can always count on Dr. Cho to get the job done. Thank you, Dr. Cho, for being here for the children of Kingsville.
