Simply the BEST!
Really like Dr. Karnam but his staff is really frustrating to deal with. The office manager, didn’t know what hospital was in-network for the procedure I needed, so I got scheduled at the wrong one at first, then had to reschedule at the correct one. Meanwhile I was having devastating symptoms. Anytime I call the office I’m on hold for 25+ minutes, before even speaking to someone, and the people I talk to are typically answering the phone frustrated.
