I had Uterine Artery Embolization Surgery performed by Dr. Uma Prasad on May 2, 2013. I will say that I am very disappointed that the surgery did not cure my Fibroids, the Fibroids are still a big bother and I see no difference from before the surgery. I am looking at other options because my life is miserable having the symptoms I have and thinking the UAE would be the cure and it was not!! I'm not saying it will not work for anyone; but it did not cure me!
