I was assigned to Dr. Uma at the last minute due to my primary care physician being out of office. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed, impersonal, and dismissive. Any questions I had about my lab results were met with referrals to other specialists or suggestions for additional testing, as she stated she was not qualified to interpret the results herself. This was a doctor that I used out of necessity. But I needed clearance for an operation and she has made me wast my time again. I do not recommend this doctor at all. Give your money to someone else. There so many doctors outher. A message for Dr. Duvvuri you are expensable , you are not the only Doctor, you should know also that you are not always right and mighty. Cone back to earth!!
Dr. Duvuri and the staff have always been really helpful. I was able to be seen soon for sick visits and annuals. I would really recommend their services. I like that I get to have my bloodwork done the same day and not have to make an appointment somewhere else. I do think it’s important to understand that, unfortunately, healthcare is usually a fast pace environment. Providers have very little time to see patients, chart and send prescriptions. Regardless of that Dr. Duvuri always answers every questions and refers needed.
Not worth visiting, the doctor doesn't even have the curtesy to call back and inform about the issue that i visited for. She charges an hefty amount for the sloppy job she does. Never visit this doctor!
215 pm appt. today, after having had to leave sat morning because she was approximately 1/2 hr. late, and I had somewhere else I needed to be. 50 minutes later, I'm walking towards the front desk about to ask what's going on, and doctor started to knock on another patient's door. I wasn't having it, and very calmly asked "Whats going on? You were 1/2 hr. late Saturday, and today I had an appointment at 215, and it's now 305 pm...
