I made an appointments for 2 of daughters. The staff as well as the doctor was warm and welcoming to us when we walked in. Not realizing she took my insurance as well they fit me right in. So all 3 of us could be seen at the same time. Everyone was sweet and kind. Dr N explained everything throughly. She was very patient and answered all questions. I took 3 points off... One, because her assistant did not explain to me what she was going to do before she tried doing it. Plus she was not as personable as I thought that she could have been. Number 2, the office is not that big, & Dr B didn't speak to me until she was ready to come into the room. She had an opportunity to speak to me before that. #3, she kept me waiting while she was on the telephone.. I didn't appreciate that, my time is valuable just as hers is. I think I need to look for a different eye doctor. I need ... read more
