I took 3 points off... One, because her assistant did not explain to me what she was going to do before she tried doing it. Plus she was not as personable as I thought that she could have been. Number 2, the office is not that big, & Dr B didn't speak to me until she was ready to come into the room. She had an opportunity to speak to me before that. #3, she kept me waiting while she was on the telephone.. I didn't appreciate that, my time is valuable just as hers is.
