Dr. Reddy and staff is the best, most caring, and treat you like a real human. Dr. Reddy is the most knowledgeable family doctor I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am very lucky to have a great doctor, and staff.
I think dr udayabaskar reddy is a wonderful, very intelligent, kind doctor. His office staff is quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't refill prescriptions unless you call multiple times and remind them and they're extremely rude. I think its just one lady and I really wish she liked her job, because she makes every interaction unpleasant.
