I had a deeply disappointing experience at Dr. Chadha’s clinic that left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. When I approached the front desk to ask if I could speak with a doctor, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude from one of the receptionists—a woman seated in the middle—who showed no interest in assisting me or responding courteously. The older lady with blonde hair at the front desk is very rude I spoke to her on the phone and she had told me it’s a walk in clinic I came and then she told me we cannot accept u in a really rude manner and gave me attitude. I rate this place a 0

Its closed on last Saturday and today (10th June) too, just posting incase anyone is planning to visit. Website was not updated about this closure
I wholeheartedly agree with all the other one star reviews of this clinic. I had an appointment for my child today. The clinic itself is filthy and overcrowded. Reception was rude and confrontational and has been throughout the entire process of accepting my child’s file. Mayada Kalaji (who I note left a 5 star review for the practice not too long ago) is one of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever met.
