I am only writing this review now because I finally found another doctor for my son and was afraid to be dropped for his basic vaccines. My first red flag was when I needed to retrieve my son's personal file to give to his school for the start of kindergarten for his vaccines only to get in my car and was given another patient's private medical file. Terrible experience. The receptionist was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. She called me and immediately accused me of not checking my email, even though I had replied promptly the day before. When I explained this, she said, “We don’t read emails.” I was simply trying to clarify my appointment time and asked how patients are supposed to contact the clinic when calls go unanswered and emails are not read. Worst clinic staff experience I’ve ever had. 🤦♀️ Dr. Chadha, you seriously need to replace both 2 receptionists ( one with blonde hair and other one with black ) They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional with parents. People only keep coming to this clinic because Ottawa doesn’t have enough pediatricians — otherwise no one would tolerate this kind of behavior.
