Worst clinic staff experience I’ve ever had. 🤦♀️ Dr. Chadha, you seriously need to replace both 2 receptionists ( one with blonde hair and other one with black ) They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional with parents. People only keep coming to this clinic because Ottawa doesn’t have enough pediatricians — otherwise no one would tolerate this kind of behavior. The pediatrician is good so Dr Anu, but the receptionist, old lady, bolnd hair with glasses seems to be in bad mood all times , she should consider to retired if she can deal with job , she is very rude , dont even let people to explain situations and she all ready have to interrupt very rude , I love the Doctors but Dr Uday's receptionist is very very RUDE with patients.
