I wholeheartedly agree with all the other one star reviews of this clinic. I had an appointment for my child today. The clinic itself is filthy and overcrowded. Reception was rude and confrontational and has been throughout the entire process of accepting my child’s file. Mayada Kalaji (who I note left a 5 star review for the practice not too long ago) is one of the rudest receptionists I’ve ever met. The Drs that work there are ok but the reception staff are absolutely terrible. Good luck getting a hold of them ever or having them return calls. We switched Drs because of this. Worst clinic in the city, stay away, you can see all the other reviews. They do pediatrics but best to find another option.
They deserve less than a star. They got another new paediatrician with a nasty attitude and wouldn’t give my child a proper check up. So, I took my child to the walk in medical centre in Greely and he was prescribed medication for the crackle in his lungs. Nobody is forcing you to work in this field so why are you working there? Have some decency for god’s sake!!!
