OUTSTANDING My children have been going to Dr Papa since 1996. I know have two little ones and they too see Dr Papa. From the moment you enter the office it is as if you are an old friend and they are there for you. He listens and takes the time to answer all your questions and explain everything to you. You never feel rushed and never feel like you asked a silly question. We moved to Round Lake but it is worth the drive to Crystal Lake to see him. The BEST for a long time We have had Dr. Papa as our pediatrician since 1979. He has always been exceptional. It never mattered if it was a routine visit in the middle of the day, or an emergency in the middle of the night Dr. Papa is always there and ready to take whatever time is needed to address the situation. Every single time there was a problem he had the right diagnosis or let us know what to look for if the medication or treatment was not working as planned. Goes Above and Beyond My daughter sees Dr. Papa and has since the day she was born. He is incredibly caring and patient and you can tell he genuinely cares. I had to have him paged once outside of business hours and he called me back within 10 minutes. He takes his time during examinations and always answers all my questions and, best of all, I never feel rushed like with many doctors. Dr. Papa has been there for me and my kids My 2 youngest kids see Dr. Papa. When my son was born we didn't know it at the time until months later, he has special needs. I don't remember how I selected Dr. Papa, my first daughter didn't see him. Anyhow, Papa always took his time with me. I was in an unknown area with my son and his needs and Dr. Papa would be the one that I needed to okay everything over the next decade or so.
