My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen until after 11:15 AM. Delays happen, but the doctor never acknowledged the wait or offered a simple apology. The staff was pleasant and professional. However, I was disappointed that when I declined the doctor’s proprietary supplements and requested evidence-based pharmaceutical treatment instead, the relationship ended there. Respect for a patient’s time and treatment preferences should go both ways.
Had a very large Keloid back of head was told by him I can remove it for ( FREE ) if I do a video of my life experience with this massive keloid on my head, his film crew came to my house and we did a very long video. I was told my blood levels was 12 not 13 so he put me on vitamin and to start eating more leafy greens, so tried it but did not work, blood infusion was my next best thing so dealing with him getting blood work from Quest, diagnostic and other places Every time I go and sit for 4 hours, they never got the work ... read more
I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Umar. He has been treating my son since 2 years ago, and his condition is remarkable improving. I definitely recommend Dr. Umar.
This clinic is unbelievably unprofessional. Dr. U is always late and constantly cancels or reschedules appointments. Apparently, he goes on a business trip every month for a week, and every time, he cancels everyone’s appointments during that period. It’s happened to me four months in a row. If you value your time or reliability in a doctor, look elsewhere.
I would not recommend for hair transplants. PERIOD.
