Dr. Rogers is one of the best chiropractors I've been to. I've even recommended her to others. However, her no-show policy and fees are very firm. I had trouble with not receiving an appointment reminder the first time I scheduled in-office, rather than online. Despite never missing an appointment in approximately 3 years and not receiving a reminder, there was no leniency. I would recommend only scheduling online as a result.
