Great surgeon, went in for a distal bicep tear. Explained risks, went through his rehab protocol post surgery 16 weeks. 4 months back into my regular workout. Highly recommended!!

I am 5 months out from him doing a shoulder replacement surgery on my left arm. Dr Frank did a fabulous job of pre and post surgical care. I followed his instructions for post surgical care and have almost full mobility back. He did a great job. I'm so happy I was referred to him.
This review is not about Dr. Frank, but about the receptionist. I was referred by the emergency department due to a ruptured Achilles tendon, which requires urgent evaluation and likely surgery. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not even check the referral details in the system and refused to listen to my concerns over the phone. This is a time-sensitive injury that could seriously affect my recovery if not treated quickly.
