Highly recommend Dr. Ngo. From my first visit, she has made me feel comfortable . She has explained in detail every step of my treatment. She took great care in my comfort to make sure I wasn't in any pain during my wisdom tooth extraction. She always checked with me to make sure I didn't have any questions and that I fully understood what was next. She made sure I was ok with the direction of my treatment. I trust her completely.
Dr. Ngo is the best. Have been going to her for the past 15 plus years she know all my children. I haven seen her in a few years and I just recently Went to get a crown fixed that some one else did. It was like it never skipped a beat.
Great service and a very professional dentist. Lots of care goes into her services and her patients, as if you are part of her family!
A lil old school with technology but she is THE BEST!!! No dentist has ever took the time to explain what my dental insurance covers. I could've utilized it when my kids were younger. Every other dentist was dishonest, greedy and was in a hurry to get us in and out. You are guaranteed special attention here. I've been here only once before and months later I call to schedule an appointment when she remembered who I was. Great customer service!!
Expedient, thorough, thoughtful and professional is how I would describe my initial visit. Very happy to have found such quality care close to home, absolutely will be back.
