Truly the best, most compassionate doctor I have met. I have seen Dr.Waters my past two pregnancies and will now be seeing her for my 3rd. After attempting to find a doctor closer to where I currently live, I was unimpressed and felt unsupported. Therefore making the decision to travel a bit to see her.
