Received several services through this company which was less than par. My severe dissatisfaction was a psych evaluation I had done for my child with suspicion of ASD dx. Not only did the provider rush through the evaluation and allow my child to take less than half the estimated time required for testing, but she slapped an ODD dx inappropriately on his profile, a dx me an several other providers did not agree with. They have this worst entry into treatment for adult evaluation I've ever experienced in my life. They don't have consistent staffing to handle the bare minimum of walk in appointments that is the only option they offer for evaluation. I've shown up at 730 am to wait an hour then be told they wouldn't be able to see me until late into the afternoon n that was a maybe. n I was the third person waiting in the building. Absolutely terrible place. Prepare for heavy handed employees who may drop you for no reason, without warning, and explanation. You are better off with religion alone than these unhelpful people.

They just pass you around for person to the next. I've had to explain to counselors what they should understand already. The fist one didn't know what the word or emotion dismal was. The second one didn't even hadn't finished his education. Then went on to tell me being molested as a child had made me stronger, and think of it as a positive. Then I called and submitted a complaint and his manager said I must've misunderstood him passes me onto someone from south America with heavy accent. making me feel like I was be setup ... read more
