Dr. Ha is not only an amazing person, but his “bedside manner” & ethics are top notch! It took me 4 yrs to be able to have this medically necessary surgery to replace 2 discs in my cervical spine. He was patient with me thru all of the appts to get me to the point of surgery in spite of being unemployed & losing my insurance, to having to have a specific time table for the surgery due to the type of work I’m in. I had my one year follow-up from a cervical total artificial disk replacement. Dr Ha explained very clearly what was the problem, and that he would not do surgery unless he believed he could improve my condition. The staff at Dr Ha's office worked quickly with my insurance company to get approval for surgery. The procedure was so easy. I could not believe it. Recovery was very quick. Excellent experience at FCN under Dr. Ha's care!.I had a two level ACDR performed by Dr Ha and his staff in December 2023 and everything exceeded my expectations. Everyone from Front Desk, Medical Assistants, Intake and Recovery Nurses are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Dr. Ha takes his time to explain the problems, procedures, risk, possible complications and every question one can possibly have. I had L5/S1 fusion. I was pretty nervous about the surgery, however, Dr. Ha made me feel comfortable from the start. He explained the surgery in detail, made sure I had someone there to help me in recovery (the weeks after) and answered any questions. His staff was amazing as well and super helpful. I'm 8 weeks out and feeling great. Hindsight I wish I had done this surgery years ago. As I am getting back to my previous activities, I want to send thanks and gratitude. The day I came to the clinic, I was terrified that I would lose use of my legs from the severe spinal stenosis that was diagnosed on MRI. Thank you Dr Ha for calmly explaining that surgery was possible and how it would be done. The experience with Dr. Ha and his entire team was nothing short of amazing! His approach to non-invasive surgery relieved my nerve pain. The team surrounding him also need to be commended for their knowledge and bedside manner, not only to me as the patient, but also my wife. Very glad to be able to have found them!!
