When I was in this office, a woman was telling the girls at the front desk that her mother needed her Rx & that she had called every day for 5 days trying to get this office to send Rx to pharmacy. When I called for my refill, front office staff tried very hard to convince me that she knew me, my Rx, & that I could not get my refill because I missed an appt. Don’t go for TB skin test. I went in for a physical and TB test and when I go back for them to read my TB test they don’t have me in their record. Told me to come back next week for an appointment and when the time comes they didn’t have me for appointment too. End up losing $20 for TB and this place is unprofessional because I show them the receipt and got no apology back even when they are in the wrong.
Came here for the first time and the front desk worker was really nice and helpful along with the doctor. Gave me great advice for what I came for and were super nice throughout my whole appointment. 100/10 would return again
