i normally don't even write reviews, but Dr Tu Lan Nguyen is a very good psychiatrst, she's very knowledgeable and understands what she's doing, and Amanda, was a very good receptionist, she was very helpful and cooperative, i would recommend to this practice to anyone.
Dr. Nguyen was amazing. I felt completely lost with my psychiatrist of over 10 years not being in network. I was referred to Dr. Nguyen and let me just say hands-down she is great. I feel comfortable and at ease with my transfer of care to her. Office staff is very friendly helpful and kind and overall A+ group. Thank you Dr. Nguyen
Postpartum anxiety and depression hit me like a truck—but luckily, I found this incredible team of women to help patch me back together. Dr. Nguyen and her staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism in my recent experience. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed that Dr. Nguyen was unavailable to schedule me because she was "backed up." I then requested to leave a message regarding a pressing medication concern, but unfortunately, I never received a call from her. I had to call back one month later to schedule with her.
