I was fortunate that when my previous GP (whom I loved) retired I was transferred to Dr. Tsang. I can't say enough good things or heap enough praise on him and the clinic staff. I'm a high-needs patient due to cancer history amongst other health conditions, and he has always been very proactive, orders diagnostics and engages in dialogue about how we can approach issues together. I've been with Dr Tsang for many years. He's great and does his best to refer you to a specialist or other to find out the problem. I don't get some of the comments people left like different mood - we're all humans some days happy some days not or not accepting new patients yes because he's good. I wanted to refer my friends and couldn't because he's good and doesn't have capacity.
Dr. Tsang is very knowledgeable and well connected to a variety of specialists. He listens to your concerns and follows with an appropriate course of action.
Sometimes the doctor is kind and sometimes he is not, it depends on his mood, sometimes he is usually very rough and it seems that he is upset with you for some unknown reason.
