They don’t answer calls.
Great service all around. The PA takes his time answering questions as well as asking questions. when going through your lab results, he explains how to take care of levels that need attention. He offers supplements, but does not push anything on you. advises where else they can be purchased. The office staff was courteous and professional.
This is the most unprofessional and unintelligent medical facility I have ever been to. The front desk is virtually incompetant, half the time doesn't answer the phone, and the clinic is always trying to get more money out of you. There is always an issue here but most recently they did not run our visit through our new ins and instead used the credit funds from when they previously overcharged us to pay our OLD copay that is not valid anymore. This screws up our insurance out of pocket max and is theft of the credit they ow... read more
No one answers the phone. When you go the website and it says to click to request appointment, it kicks back as not a valid email. Why spend the money in advertisement if you don't want new patients.
