Me and my wife have been using Dr. Patel's weight loss clinic for about 3 months now. We have been super happy with the results. I have lost 30 lbs in 3 months so far. This is a real medical doctor supervised weight loss clinic, not some gimmicky diet fad type place. If appropriate they can put you on prescription diet medications.
