I had a similar experience, arriving 6 minutes late because there are three buildings and it is not immediately clear which is the right one. I was told I would have to reschedule the appointment because the computer wouldn't let them check me in after 10 minutes. Don't go here if you are looking for a place that values your time as much as theirs. I'm new to town so I made sure to leave my house 40 minutes early. I had navigator directions, but still had trouble finding the place when I arrived. The Help desk at St. Francis sent me to the wrong building.
