I was SUPER TERRIFIED (I cannot emphasize it enough) of getting the surgery of Cervical decompression and fusion. Because yes, surgery in general makes us frightened. My neck was all messed up due to a rear end car accident & I was told I needed surgery. Honestly, I was scared cause I never had surgery before let alone a broken bone. I just had the spine surgery on July 8th, 2025 and it’s now July 28th, 2025 & things are looking up! Dr. Mounts and his whole staff made me feel really comfortable during pre op and post op. I could not be more grateful to Dr. Troy Mounts and his team!!! I hadn't been able to sleep in months( no more than an hrs or so at a time,) my hands felt like fire after a day of work. This was all cause by the herniated disks. After the surgery my sleep improved within the first few days. I've needed very little pain relief wuch i believe is from the incredible work done by Dr Troy Mounts. It has been two weeks and my sleep and pain relief has seems to only get better!
