Love the doctor and his nurses! Very good at interacting with little kids. We’ve been with Dr. King for the last 4 years, since my daughter was a newborn. He was able to explain everything and handled a pretty complex situation when she was just 2 months old. However, BEWARE: he is out of network with every insurance plan. They will try to bill your insurance, but coverage varies from month to month, so what you pay is unexpected. We’ve stuck with this office strictly due to quality of service. Beware of this office's billing. The dentist I have no complaints with; however, the staff told us our insurance covered a check up visit (which i it does), but then sent usa bill for several hundred dollars. The staff, in typical fashion, too no responsibility for the error. I depend on health care providers to give me an accurate code break down barring the unexpected. Dr. King's office left us swinging in the wind here - very disappointing.
This is a good practice but beware they are not part of any insurance plans... Everyone is out of network even though they accept your insurance. your cost using this Dentist will be significantly higher... e.g. cost for one filling over $350 with Dr King vs $30 with insurance In Network. Ouch... So far we have been going there for basic exams and cleaning... reality hits when you need anything other than basic cleaning... needless to say we now have a new dentist ...
Dr King is the best! My daughter had multiple extractions and he was so kind and caring. She felt no pain and was so comfortable with Dr. King. Cannot say enough great things about Dr King and his staff!!!
I have a 3 children who have seen Dr. King since age of 4. He is wonderful with the children. My oldest has autism and is very well taken care of by all of the staff.
