I’m new to Wichita and I need a primary doctor for a potentially serious diagnosis. I found this clinic and it seemed like it might be right for me. The doctor is not taking new patients but I could see her PA. I made an appointment 11 days in the future. 11 days is not outrageous to wait for a new patient appointment but I needed to see a doctor. Doctor Pierce is caring and compassionate. She listens intently and she helped me when I was in deep suffering and couldn’t get the proper care I needed, from a different doctor (who was dismissive). Doctor Pierce listened, asked questions, and together we got to the root of my problems. I am forever grateful.
The whole staff, whether it was the receptionist, the nurse assistant, or the Doctor were all very nice. They all assisted me in answering any questions I had . I had a very positive experience. I also did not have a wait time, as I was seen immediately.
Sent a letter to my home promoting a patch that has zero medical studies backing the claims. The letter also included order forms and her link to purchase. I'm certain this is a MLM and it's sad that she would use her patient base for her own benefit. I will be switching providers now.
