Dr Smith and his NPs and PAs are great. Unfortunately, although I live 3 minutes from the St Clairsville office, I have to go all the way to the Steubenville office for care. In St. Clairsville the non medical staff makes appointments and then cancels them on you and pushes yiu out 3 more months and then cancels THAT appt. I had to take my father in law to his cardiologist appointment here.. We were only in the lobby for 5 minutes, if that.. Sue, the nurse that assessed us was very nice & funny!! His visit was with Danielle Rosen & we couldn't be more satisfied! She made sure to explain anything that we had questions about.. She listened & was very thorough with everything. Couldn't be more pleased with them! The lobby for lab & x-ray was a complete disaster!! We had a very long wait time with some rude workers!! But that doesn't change the wa... read more
