Absolutely unacceptable experience. I drove 40 minutes to this office for a 10:30 a.m. appointment that I had specifically scheduled by phone earlier in the week, only to arrive and be told that they had no record of my appointment. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the phlebotomist I was supposed to see was unavailable due to a family emergency—which, of course, is completely understandable—but nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know before I made the 40-minute trip. She is the most wonderful doctor. She takes her time with you. She listens. She asks questions. She’s never rushing you. She’s always there for you. Her level of knowledge is incredible. She’s got a nice holistic side to her as well. Her staff is excellent as well.

I was going here for several years, I really liked Dr Repassy and her team, but once they changed their "business model" and turned it into a subscription service, I was really disappointed. It's no longer affordable for most millennial aged or younger adults. You can get pretty good care, if you can afford it. I already pay enough for my health insurance as it is.
