From the moment you walk in the door, everyone at Scarsdale Endo is friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobs and her staff are patient, kind, and gentle. Dr Jacobs and her team made the stress and discomfort of getting a root canal the best experience possible. Great bedside manner, clean office, on time and awesome staff. I would only use them in the future.
OMG Dr. Trisha Charland is amazing!! I have had several root canals done in the past and she by far surpassed them all. Dr. Charland explains everything to you during the root canal and makes you feel totally at ease. This was my first time going to Dr Jacobs. I’ve had my fair share of root canals in my day… I never had an experience like this. She was amazing..her staff were just the same! As a bonus she is a singer! I loved it! Whoever says they love going to the dentist LOL… Thanks again
I was thrilled with my treatment at Dr. Jacobs office. I was treated courteously by the staff, and Dr. Jacobs was wonderful! I was anxious and nervous, but I soon felt very much "at home" with Dr. Jacobs and the staff. I cannot believe how well I feel 6 hours post-op. She has a magic touch. I was very impressed at the friendly and polite way she addressed her staff, with "Please and Thank You" when called for. Her calm manner made me feel very relaxed. I will recommend her highly to anyone who would need her services
Dr. Jacobs is AWESOME! This was a great experience and it's not over yet since I have to take antibiotics for a week! Everyone at the office is SO nice. Feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Jacobs! Highly recommend!
I had my second ever root canal done with Dr. Jacobs and couldn’t be happier. Her office is very conveniently located, and the office staff are wonderful!! Everyone is so friendly, personable, and helpful. Dr. Jacobs made the procedure so painless, quick and easy.
