Tracy the front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful for a mental health department. She mistakenly scheduled me today without looking at my insurance like all therapists do. We all make mistakes but to not own up to your own mistake and say “ idk what to tell you” and “I’m the only one who works the front” but contradicts herself “must’ve been someone else” when I told her she scheduled me, a waste of time and energy could have been avoided if she treated me like a human and was effectively scheduling/ payin... read more
