Very rude dermatology office!!! I showed up on time for my appointment, was taken back and made to wait an additional 30 plus minutes while doctor sees another patient who showed up 15 minutes AFTER me! Inconsiderate of my time, walked into room without saying hello and just sat down. Front desk lady rudely stated" I DON'T KNOW, I'M NOT THE ONE WHO DISPENSES MEDICATION" when I asked about prescription cost,(she offered prices previously along with pharmacy names which is why i asked her). I was a patient for over 8 years the doctor required i come in every 3 months when most dermatologist require twice a year for my condition. I'd show up pay be asked if i was good and that ended to visit. I missed 2 visits because of my work travel schedule. Ive been home 3 weeks in the last 3 months. I tried to explain and was told rudely i needed to find another doctor. I guess me missing those co- pays were a deal breaker
An uneventful experience is as much as my purpose was to get treatment or an actual medical plan of action. He told me what and what not to think about my issue, wouldn't even entertain the possibility the layman (me) could provide insight to consider, I paid and left with a persisting condition.
I have nothing but praise for Dr Nguyen and his staff. They have worked with me, removing melanoma, having it tested, verifying I am cancer free, and checking regularly for any abnormalities. Dr Nguyen is very knowledgeable and professional but maintains a friendly demeanor. I wholeheartedly recommend Alliance Dermatology.
This man is a saint. I came in with two feet full of plantar warts and he murdered them all with extreme prejudice. No mercy, no survivors. As an individual of metal inclinations, I give him a glowing recommendation.
RUDEST staff and Doctor I have ever encountered!! Do not see him!!
I never met Dr. Nguyen, only the front office staff, Angie via phone 9-6-16. I tried to fax her my FEP BCBS id card after she gave me an appt date & time but was put on hold to be told by her that she could not schedule an apt w/o the id # off the card. I wasn't able to give a group #; the card doesn't have one (which is why I was trying to fax the card to her in the 1st place). Angie called 9-7-16 cancelling the appt; the nurse said Dr. Nguyen isn't taking new patients. HORRIBLE staff.
