One of my 3 month old triplets had his tongue clipped by Dr. Trey this morning. The entire staff was wonderful, sweet, and caring with both my baby boy and me. I feel blessed we were able to use their office for this procedure and hope to get my oldest son in to see him soon for dentistry ❤️ Highly recommend! — with Kathy CLark.
They set me up an appointment, then I called to make sure they won’t push me into putting my son to sleep like the dentist my son was seeing, then they called me back and canceled my appointment because I used to see a different dentist? Make no sense, plus the lady on the phone and the office manager were rude. When I asked why would they cancel my appointment, she brought up an excuse that I canceled my appointment back in 2017 and they are not able to see my kids. “Per office manager order” what a joke!
I highly recommend them!!! Dr. Trey and his staff were all amazing with my four year old and made her feel safe and comfortable with their kindness and silliness. My daughter was afraid of going to the dentist, but they quickly had her smiling and giggling. Dr. Trey was very thorough in his explanations and made sure my daughter got the care she needed. You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and their patients. I can’t thank them enough for turning an unfun dentist visit into a comfortable, happy experience.
Wouldn dream of my babies seeing a different dentist, and they have been seeing him for 13 years..! The atmosphere and staff alone make it worth it, but the experience winds up being extremely humble, considering it IS a dentist..! Dr Trey is THE best there is, hands down, my kids even get excited about seeing him..my kids have even followed, my grands see him now 😊💜
Amazing!! My daughter had to have an emergency extraction this morning after hitting the concrete last night. His staff got me in first thing, thank you Ashley. We arrived to see he was taking extra precautions with the current pandemic we are experiencing. Although I had to stay outside for health reasons at this time, he came out and talked with me and discussed everything. Within minutes we were on our way home. One of my children does like being "touched", the other was terrified of the dentist due to a traumatic and unnecessary dental procedure. Both never wanted to go to the dentist. Dr. Trey and his amazing staff changed that.💙💙 If it weren't for the patience, understanding and childish charm, I don't think my children would have ever seen a dentist again. Thank you all for everything you do.
