Dr. Chin Fook is retiring and am glad he is, but he is still seeing patients and then referring them to another Ophthalmologist! Dont see the point because he did not do anything for me but wasted my time. He should not be seeing patients at this point. Plus he has horrible bedside manners and gets annoyed and agitated easily.
When I attend at Dr. Chin Fook's office, I know I am in the hands of an expert. And how many doctors follow up with you making sure everything was covered? (not many)
Clearly explains diagnosis and prognosis, plus potential symptoms needing emergency care. Punctual and personable manner. Requires patients to mask (receptionist has free masks) which probably lead to the bad ratings - too bad for them that this doctor takes health seriously!
