I had an appointment with Dr. Purohit today. I waited one month for this appointment and drove more than 45 mins to get there, only to see a doctor who had a very insensitive attitude towards my condition. She took no time to learn about my symptoms, the appointment felt so rushed and made me feel like I was imagining my symptoms. Dr. Purohit is awesome! She listened to my concerns and devised a plan to help me. She included me in my health decisions and worked to make a connection with me. Her authenticity and empathy spoke volumes. The office staff at SJ Gastroenterology were also thorough and friendly. All in all, this was a productive experience.
