Dr. Waldo is excellent as always. Patient, informative. We have a dialogue, a conversation, with each other. It's not just me asking a question and her spitting out an answer. She helps me feel as though I'm an active participant in the process of hearing better, not merely "a hearing aid patient." She is also punctual; I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes beyond a scheduled appointment, usually she is a couple of minutes early.
