Dr. Tressie Waldo is the most caring professional I have ever met. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her kindness makes me feel heard and appreciated!
Was told to drop off my hearing aids today at 8am by Dr Waldos assistant Victoria. When I arrived a replacement assistant told me they no longer give loaners out for final service and cleaning. So now I cannot have this done. Disgraceful
Dr. Waldo is excellent as always. Patient, informative. We have a dialogue, a conversation, with each other. It's not just me asking a question and her spitting out an answer. She helps me feel as though I'm an active participant in the process of hearing better, not merely "a hearing aid patient." She is also punctual; I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes beyond a scheduled appointment, usually she is a couple of minutes early.
