This is the BEST place. The front desk, Dr. Alfaro and the entire team are top notch. My rescue dog gets very nervous, but not here! They have fancy treats, and Dr. Alfaro gets down on the floor with her. It is clear they love animals and I love this place I’ll never go to another vet.
The team at Dr. Treat's always make me and my dog feel very comfortable. They are communicative and help him feel at ease (he's a nervous little guy). I also appreciate the detailed visit histories in the app!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wheeler, Dr. Moffett, and Dr. Alex. They cared for my pug, Gus, and from the very first visit it was clear he was in the best possible hands. They never treated a symptom in isolation — they always looked at his full body health and thought about his quality of life as a whole. What stood out most was their communication. I can praise this place enough! My wife and I have been taking our mini Dachshund Stanley to Dr. treat San Francisco since he was a puppy! After having a poor experience at his first vet office, we switched to Dr. Treat (SF) and now try to convince anyone who will listen that is the best move for their furry family members.
