I really wish that I was not leaving a bad review for this vet as Dr Lillian was great and was very sweet to my dog. However, after being a patient of Dr Treat for two years, I have ended my membership and have moved to a different vet. This vet is focused on one thing and it is squeezing as much money out of their patients as possible. I have recommended two different friends to this vet. This is the BEST place. The front desk, Dr. Alfaro and the entire team are top notch. My rescue dog gets very nervous, but not here! They have fancy treats, and Dr. Alfaro gets down on the floor with her. It is clear they love animals and I love this place I’ll never go to another vet.
The team at Dr. Treat's always make me and my dog feel very comfortable. They are communicative and help him feel at ease (he's a nervous little guy). I also appreciate the detailed visit histories in the app!
