I like to really study a place before I leave a review. This is my honest review after seeing Dr. Von Tobel for the last 4 months. This man knows his stuff and always understands that we are all human. He runs a strict program, but it’s to protect what he has worked so hard to build, and as a result, I receive excellent care every time. I used to visit the ER 1–2 times a month before seeing him. I will be the first one to tell you that I LOVE Dr VonTobel & Darlene! They are amazing! However secondly I'll tell you i was completely blown away by the shock I rec'vd! A DAY before my medicine refill appt they notify me I can't come to this appt. That they don't take my insurance (which NO ONE EVER mentioned) so I'm used to all of my pain medicines, inflammatory meds, etc & then I'm so sorry. Have withdrawals. Dr Tobel is awesome His staff at the Orange park location Lisa & Chels is amazing and friendly, some others could use some manners
Dr Von Tobel is always happy and singing to take the nerves away during a procedure! Also Mikah was so nice and did a good job while the procedure! Lisa is so nice too and friendly!
