I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel patients should be aware of my experience with this practice. My initial concern arose when both the hygienist and Dr. Paige told me they could “lose their license” if they performed a regular cleaning rather than a deep cleaning. However, I am not certain that you would see my feedback from any written mailed correspondence as the last time I called today I was placed on hold and your assistant Patrice never came to the phone. First, I would like to say that Dr. Paige IS very thorough, as the other review stated, and personable. Excellent care. Dr Page is excellent.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I found this dentist office on Zocdoc and this was my worst experience at the dentist in all my life. Maybe they used to be great in the years past but, check dates on reviews. I went for a simple cleaning. The dentist himself was very rough and aggressive in my mouth. I did not feel comfortable at all. It was a fast, rough, in and out experience. Then at check out, the front desk charges me $200 for X-rays that they never discussed with me prior to my appointment.
