I would rate my experience as excellent from the moment I walked into the building through my departure. I left my former physician not due to his competence, but because of the consistent inability of his front office staff to carry out the most simple tasks ; referring scripts , scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and the like. I was able to receive an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time. The nurse updated my health information quickly and pleasantly and Dr. Rasor came in almost immediately after. He agreed with me that a referral for a hospital test was the best treatment option, and he sent the referral to McLaren St. Luke that morning (8/10/22) and also gave me the phone # for central scheduling and said if I didn't receive a call by 8/15 to call them myself. Dr. Razor is was a young doctor when I changed to his care after my late doctor retired. I have watched him grow more confident in his care and his skills. He is a Doctor of Osteopathic so he is able to check for bone structure issues as well as the regular things a doctor does. He listens intently to what the patient says and goes through the options with the patient. I will miss him greatly when I move.
Dr. Rasor answered all of my questions, spent ample time with me, & did a thorough exam. I would highly recommend him as a physician.
