We will be going to a different dentist. I made an appointment with the scheduler and she specifically said that it was just for my husband to get his tooth looked at and we will go from there, I said yes so we made an appointment. Then she called him the day before just to confirm the appt and he said yes. When he arrived, they apparently thought they were fixing this tooth for 700$ and claimed that’s what we discussed over the phone, AND THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED !!!! Never a problem here except one time when personnel were less than customers -friendly. DR Lutz will do the maximum to safely repair a tooth , insurance company hassles ever since ACA in 2014. His office is Medicaid , but hands are tied due to stipulation of govt sponsored insurance.
