I have been going to Dr. Tracy Salyer for almost two (2) years. His orthodontic care should be recommended for alll ages. I am 72 and just got my braces off after 2 years. The Dr. is most professional and friendly. I feel comfortable and trusting with his care. Now after my work is mostly over, my teeth look great. I am glad I took the plunge to have orthodontic work done. Thank you. The office personnel are always friendly to me. A great plus for the Dr. too!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Was this provider friendly? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
