Hate writing this review. After visiting this office for a cyst removal, and possible more surgery later. I HAD TO CALL TO CHECK UP ON UPDATE. I did get a letter from Dr. Harvey about my "wish" surgery. Calling to check,, was told several different stories. 1. was sent for approval. 2. got approval back waiting for scheduling. 3. called again (weeks later) oh, we are waiting on approval. 4. got a call we can do your procedure in August.
