WARNING DO NOT SEE DR. GEMMELL!!! SHE MISSED DISGNOSED ME! In 2022 I went to her for bad periods and pelvic pain. She did an oblesion and a tubal. After the surgery, she told me she found a spot on my colon that needed a biopsy and that I had Stage 4 Endometriosis and that she recommended a hysterectomy. That she had to go in and remove the lesions of endometriosis. I put it off because I wasn't ready to have this major surgery. Last year I went back to her about my pelvic pain. Physician Assistant Haylee Zundel is fantastic! I became a patient of hers earlier this year and she is so caring and compassionate. Also extremely knowledgeable and helped immensely with me starting HRT
Went to her with concerns of endometriosis. She didn’t even bother listening to my symptoms, tried pushing BC, dismissed everything when I told her I didn’t believe in birth control and that it’s a “mask” for problems when I knew my body had something wrong and told me if I changed my mind about birth control to call back and walked out of the room leaving me in tears. Went to a new doctor who listened, ran the appropriate testing and diagnosed me with adenomyosis and took my pain serious. Shame on you for dismissing a girl ... read more
