I had a referral from my orthodontist to this place and the lady that answered the phone was rather rude I did not want to go after talking to her.
Called the office to schedule an appointment but the lady I spoke to was so rude. I asked a question when she found an opening and ignored it. Then rushed me off the phone when I tried to find my husband's ssn, I waited awhile for her to find an opening but I was not being rude. Then she hung up on me and told me to call back later. I will not call back later the doctor might be good at what she does but customer service is poor.

Very professional and courteous staff. I appreciated the pandemic precautions taken at this facility and the fact that they offered much needed services during such a difficult moment in time.
One lasy that works as a front desk she was soo rude,thats why i stop going there!but the facility is nice and clean
