I called them and told them that my husband walked out on me after 28 years and my car would not start this morning to make it to my appointment at 4:00 p.m. today which I wouldn't have known that it didn't start today because it started yesterday and I didn't know how to fix the car but there's no man here at the house and they said we're going to charge you an 85 late fee. After 18 years of going to a pediatric dentist my nephew loved, and now being 18 and having to find an adult dentist, we decided on Starling Family Dental in Keystone Heights. The whole process was excellent. The staff were able to get him an appointment within a couple of weeks for a cleaning/xrays and I completed the forms online before he arrived. Decent experience with them. A great family Christian oriented office.
This was an easy one! 5 stars all the way. IMMACULATELY clean, gorgeous office. Very friendly staff. Excellent hygienist (who made the cleaning "fun", if that is even possible) and an introduction to a very nice dentist, Dr. Starling. No one's favorite place - we all know that - but this was by far the best dentist's office I have ever been to!
