Poor attitude, equipment and fill in material keeps breaking. You can tell what kind of people she wants to work on and whom she just wanted their money!!! New Employee every time MAYBE ITS YOU DR. GASTON, seems like you FIRE THE GIRLS THAT YOU ARE JEALOUS OF AND KEEP THE ONES YOU THINK YOU ARE OVER!!!
I just called in to the office attempting to set up an appointment. I ask the receptionist what the availability was. She says, “I’m confused on the question, we always have availability”. One. I’m a new customer, how would I know that. Two, If you always have availability you should tell when the first date and time is available and set it up. Not try and disparage and talk down to a future patient. The receptionist is the reason why I won’t be using their services.
Had a wonderful experience today at this office , from the front desk receptionist, to Dr Gaston . The she was amazing, attentive, welcoming, knowledgeable and I will definitely be a regular here !!!
I have been going to Dr. Gaston for almost 20 years and she is definitely one of the best in the business! She is always kind, helpful, and only wants the best for her patients. The customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! If you are looking for a dentist in the Chicago land area then you should definitely schedule a visit with Dr. Gaston!!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
I have been a patient of Dr.Gastons since she was located on 99th and western many years ago and now I’ve gladly followed her practice to this new location on kedzie. I’ve always found her dental practice to be very informative and extremely clean and her dental practices thorough with her going above and beyond to treat myself and my families dental needs. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with your dental needs being taken care of by this dental office and practice.
