Dr. Douglas pays attention to detail and has referred us to a couple of outside specialist who were also wonderful. Douglas's staff made sure to send our records to the office we were referred to and the specialist office not only set our appointments but made sure to provide estimates for care upfront as Dr. Douglas had.
Super clean office ! Friendly staff! Dr. Douglas is very caring with his patients. You don’t feel like a number! He is very trustworthy. I highly recommend his dental practice !
Beware. Dr. Tracey Douglas couldn't fix my tooth so he referred me and scheduled me with another dentist who didn't accept my insurance and so I was overcharged $800 above what I should have paid. His office made the mistake then said it was my fault. My only mistake was going to Dr. Tracey Douglas in the first place.
Dr. Douglas is the best dentist in town. He is highly knowledgeable and professional. He is calming and easy to understand and talk to. He clearly explains procedures and puts a patient's mind at ease. He truly cares about his patients and takes time to know them. I highly recommend him and his outstanding staff!
